Investor Note Endorsement

The Investor Note Endorsement Admin menu allows customer to create custom note endorsements for investors and include loan-specific information. A note endorsement is placed at the end of the note and takes the place of some allonges.

To Create an Investor Note Endorsement

1. Select the investor you wish to add a note endorsement

   Note: The note endorsement is added to all loan programs for the investor selected.

2. Click the Select button. The cursor will move to the text field where you can write the note endorsement
3. You may include loan-specific information in the note endorsement y appending tags to the note endorsement text
4. Select the tag you wish to include
5. Click the Append Tag button. The tag will appear in the text surrounded by percent signs (%).
6. Click Save to apply the note endorsement or Cancel to exist and discard any changes.
